It took a long time to sort out everything but it was a huge insurance claim & there were lots of belongings to itemise. The home visit experience. The inconvenience of shopping for carpet and vinyl floor covering was removed with a home visit. The set up of Renew was explained to me and is a fair system for all involved with an insurance claim and a loss adjusters involvement.

Do not use this Company Do not use this Company. The chap who came to look at my carpet hadn’t a clue what he was doing. It was a total waste of time and effort. His report was a template and didn’t reflect the house he came into! Renew is disorganised, unprofessional and totally incompetent. Do not waste your money on this company. Dreadful customer service. Should be reported to Trading Standards!
