GBDo not use this Company Do not use this Company. The chap who came to look at my carpet hadn’t a clue what he was doing. It was a total waste of time and effort. His report was a template and didn’t reflect the house he came into! Renew is disorganised, unprofessional and totally incompetent. Do not waste your money on this company. Dreadful customer service. Should be reported to Trading Standards!

GBI had water damage on my carpets and my… I had water damage on my carpets and my insurance company passed it on to renew. WORST THING THEY HAVE DONE. 0 communication and a lot of back and forth! 5 months later my carpets have still not been replaced!!!! &every person i speak to has a different answer!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

GBI thought it was going to be a nightmare but it so wasn’t I have never made a claim with my insurances before ,I was worried it was going to be a nightmare to get my claim sorted. I’m registered disabled and had anxiety about someone having to come into my house .. I really didn’t need to worry from the first call then having Colin come to inspect the damage he really put my mind at lease and was so respectful and understanding to my needs . Also I was expecting a long wait to hear but honestly just over a week later I have dates ect to sort this out . So easy and I would recommend Renew to everyone .
