GBDo not use this Company Do not use this Company. The chap who came to look at my carpet hadn’t a clue what he was doing. It was a total waste of time and effort. His report was a template and didn’t reflect the house he came into! Renew is disorganised, unprofessional and totally incompetent. Do not waste your money on this company. Dreadful customer service. Should be reported to Trading Standards!

GBTEA SPILLED ON A WOOL CARPET I had a nasty tea spillage on my four year old expensive fitted wool carpet to my large living room.
