GBI ordered a lamp and quickly realised I… I ordered a lamp and quickly realised I could have obtained a discount so I emailed customer services to cancel the order. I received no response and few days later the lamp arrived but it was damaged and very cheaply made. The fabric was glued to the structure and this had failed. The fringing was also dreadful. I emailed again but still no reply. In the end I returned it to a shop in person. I don’t think much of anthropologies products or customer service after this experience

GBOnline Purchasing / Returns - a delight Ordering was simple,, the deliver turned up earlier than expected which was great and the process of returning some of the items was very simple indeed by taking them to the store. The staff were extremely helpful.

GBI had a problem and really needed to… I had a problem and really needed to discuss it. Initially I had to use a chatbot,but was soon able to communicate with a very helpful person called Fritz!!
