GBNot sure what happened Not sure what happened, but it seems like my online order was lost. I called about two weeks after I put in my order and, while the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, she couldn't find any trace of my order and had to investigate further. She said she was going to call me back, with an update but never did. I did, however, receive an order update shortly thereafter via email stating that my order had been shipped via ups and provided a tracking number. Today is a few days after that and I've attempted to use the provided tracking number, however the UPS site notifies me that it is an invalid tracking number. I'll keep trying, but seems like a lot of hassle for a couple casters.

GBI placed an order for casters on… I placed an order for casters on 5/2/19. On 5/10 I called to find out when my order would ship. I was told they were waiting for a component to complete the order. I've sent additional emails on 6/25 and 6/29 asking about my order but now I can't get a response. Very disappointed with Faultless Caster.

GBCustomer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. I called and they walked me through their products and helped me get what I needed. Everyone was very very helpful. I would give you 10 stars!!!

GBGreat selection I bought 16 casters for 4 storage units. They arrived promptly with no issues. The casters I used were basic and sturdy, what I wanted, with 2" wide wheels that worked on carpet. They were less expensive than local woodworking stores and had greater capacity. I also was very impressed with the variety of casters they offer after looking at the easy to use website. This is definitely the place to look for casters. I'd go back with my next wheeled project without any hesitation.

GBStill don't have my order Still don't have my order. I ordered some compression casters almost a month ago and they've been delayed at the factory three times now. I appreciate that Customer Service has been keeping me updated and notified about the delays, but that doesn't help me with getting my order. I've had to turn to another company and am hoping the order shows up at some point.
