GBI ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball… I ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball Casters in satin chrome. These were for an antique dresser I refinished. They are beautiful! The finish is deep and lustrous. I was very impressed. They function well too. Very smooth rolling. I only got an order confirmation when I placed the order, but never a shipping confirmation. So I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up only 4 days later. I would recommend Faultless Caster, especially for these particular casters.

GBThey called me to authorize a… They called me to authorize a substitution (4 casters with locking devices instead of 2 with and 2 without) so my order could arrive (without additional cost to me) in a more timely manner. Ultimately I received my original order, which was fine. I appreciated that they made the effort to expedite my order.

GBFair Price Fair Price, On time delivery, Good Product. Would have given 5 stars but one of the casters was missing the grip ring on the fastening post. Update…the day after seeing my original 4 Star review, I received an email from Jacob at Faultless Caster. He informed me that a replacement was on the way. Super customer service updated my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this company.

GBCustomer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. I called and they walked me through their products and helped me get what I needed. Everyone was very very helpful. I would give you 10 stars!!!

GBLook for USA model casters! The casters I bought are *not* made in China! I avoid supporting communism whenever I can. Watch what you purchase, because not all of their products are made in the USA. The casters I bought (for a few dollars more than the communist casters) are very high quality and work flawlessly.
