GBCustomer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. I called and they walked me through their products and helped me get what I needed. Everyone was very very helpful. I would give you 10 stars!!!

GBShould have ordered Metric rather than inches, can I RMA, do you have metric equivalent available? Still waiting for a response to the email I sent regarding ordering the incorrect Product. Should have been Metric rather than inches. Hard to tell the difference by looking at the caster. I thought it was inches, I was incorrect, they are metric. Once the replacements failed to advance more than a few threads, I headed to Menard's to verify the threads. Sorry, I probably should have verified them first. Would like to do business if possible. Return the American measurement casters for Metric. Waiting for your response!

GBOrdered on-line from Faultless Ordered on-line from Faultless, had no idea that they are distributed by a local vender. The local vendor is at the mercy of Faultless. So they have no answers for me. We purchased on 1/24/2019 and haven't heard anything from Faultless since then, we are hounding the local distributor for answer. So in turn he hounding Faultless for answers.

GBCustomer service is on their game! Within roughly an hour of placing my order (casters without brakes), I was contacted by a Faultless Caster employee explaining that the item I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked for a few more weeks. They offered to send me the same casters I had ordered but with brakes at no extra charge. I accepted their offer and the casters were at my house in no time at all. Easy to work with and the casters are just as pictured.

GBI placed an order for casters on… I placed an order for casters on 5/2/19. On 5/10 I called to find out when my order would ship. I was told they were waiting for a component to complete the order. I've sent additional emails on 6/25 and 6/29 asking about my order but now I can't get a response. Very disappointed with Faultless Caster.
