Returns to China are on consumer! It took forever to receive my bedding set. The set cost over 300.00 and was poor quality. I contacted Ownkoti via email regarding return information. I received a response telling me it was my responsibility to mail the merchandise back to China?? The email explained it would be very expensive and perhaps I might like a 15% discount on future products. NOT! I will never do business with this company again! Expensive, poor quality, poor customer service, and customer pays full return charges.

I love my blanket I love my blanket. It is soft, warm, reversible and an absolutely gorgeous design. I also love the colours.

I ordered pajamas and used their sizing… I ordered pajamas and used their sizing chart and they are too small. I asked to exchange them and they said I need to send them back to china at my own expense even though the return address on the package is in the US. They offered me a 15% discount on a new order. Are you joking? Misrepresenting where you are located should be unlawful. Live and learn.

We just received our beautiful… We just received our beautiful beadspead/ comforter and pillowcases. So beautiful and it really makes our bedroom dazzle. We are impressed with the quality of the material and the construction. It will be a perfect summer blanket, too.

This thin blanket is nicely made and… This thin blanket is nicely made and has lovely stitching. The bedroom is made brighter by the pattern. I really adore the choice for reversible color!
