Love my dandelion quilt! I ordered the red reversible dandelion quilt and couldn’t be more pleased. It is relatively lightweight and would be lovely on a bed, but it currently serves as a gorgeous couch cover. I would definitely order again.

Thank You Reviewers I am so thankful for the reviews here. I have been looking at their website for a while now, but was hesitant to spend that much without seeing the items. I've been burned once before, hence my indecision. I started to become skeptical when I couldn't find a FAQ, fabric information or country of origin. Thank you reviewers for your straightforward reviews. Oh, by the way, the only reason I gave any stars was because that was the only way I could write this. It sounds like a big buyers beware to me.

Buyer beware - total scam! I ordered $200 bedding which took several weeks to receive. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the order. Once received I determined it wasn’t right for our home. The return process has been a series of emails for a week. You have 14 days from the received date to return and they have successfully taken 7 of those days. They give you the run around trying to push you not to return. Each email states another question or step in the process. The product has to be shipped back to China and I am responsible for the shipping cost. Fine - just send me the shipping return address. This company is a joke and a scam. BUYER BEWARE. I hope this review helps someone not go through what I am going through. Please send me the return shipping address!!!!

Returns are difficult Bought clothes online then wanted to return them because they didn’t fit quite right, and was told I would have to pay for return shipping from US to China. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have purchased them in the first place.

Consumer support non-existant; deceptive return policy I should have checked the reviews here first. Ordered pajamas that were far too small even at XL, and wrote as instructions indicated to initiate a return/refund. The customer support is simple non-existant. Lesson learned, money lost. UPDATE: The seller finally responded here, as you see. However, I never got the promised phone call. Finally I opened a dispute through PayPal. At that point I got another email, and I learned that to return the items for a refund I would have to send them to China. The package came to me from California. Cost to return this $111 purchase would be $57. Ownkoti's policies are deceptive.
