Very Poor Customer Service The quilt I ordered is beautiful but much too small for a queen-size bed. When I emailed them that I would like to exchange it for a king-size, they implied it was not their fault and I should have checked the dimensions. It says "queen". And shipping back to China would be expensive, and would I just order a king at 15% off. Very poor customer service. Shady at best.

dishonest and lying company!… be careful In November I bought several things for more than $300 US, I warned them that the things had to arrive before December 20 because I was going out of the country… I NEVER received the shipment!!! and they insist that it arrived on December 20, which was the day I was traveling, but it never arrived since I was at home that entire day since my flight left at night. I'm still complaining to them to reimburse me and they don't want to do it!!! Every time I write to them they tell me to go and complain to the post office and when I go to the post office they tell me that the shipment never arrived. This company is the worst and poorly honest! They never refunded me!

I asked to exchange them and they said I need to send them back to china at my own expense even though the return address on the package is in the US. They offered me a 15% discount on a new order. Are you joking? Misrepresenting where you are located should be unlawful. Live and learn.

For the cooler months For the cooler months, i wanted long sleeves, but i have the short sleeve version. The fabric is incredibly supple and permeable. The sleepwear is sturdy and durable, even after being washed.
