CASo bad I thought I bought knock offs I ended up here trying to determine if the lamps I received were actually counterfeit. That’s how disappointed I am. I ordered direct from their site so I was confused with what I received. Plastic. Cheap packaging. Brutal instruction insert. These are marketed as a high quality lamp and they are absolutely not. I haven’t even charged them yet so I can’t comment on how they work but I’m certainly glad I purchased them on a black Friday promo. They do not feel heavy and well made at all. Not what I was looking for regardless of how they work. Will order the much cheaper version off Amazon if they work well enough to warrant getting more. Don’t bother buying for the inflated prices from this vendor. I gave 2 stars as they may work ok but feel very cheap for the price.

AUI would have given zero stars but… I would have given zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered two lamps back in November and i still have not received them. Website clearly says they ship via Australia Post tracked and insured but they don't. They use some bogus company who has a terrible track record and consequently i have never received my lamps and despite weekly emails to customer service I still don't have them now will they refund my money. Pathetic customer Assistance from Lumisom. Do not trust this company!!!

GBThe $600 order did not arrive The $600 order did not arrive, it was returned to sender because notice was not received. Lumison has been giving me the runaround for almost 2 months with no solutions offered. Say they will not RE ship. Customer service is very slow to respond (usually a week) and blames everyone but the company. I think at this point I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

GBFraud Fraud, money taken no item received despite 2 emails a contact me form filled out and a call, no response from this company. TikTok should be ashamed promoting this store

GBDreadThink twice Dreadful customer service. I ordered a lantern on the 14th. It is now the 19th and I have no confirmation of it shipping or a tracking number as stated when I placed the order. They did charge me promptly though. January 3 2024 — To be fair — the order did finally arrive 4 days after Christmas and my partner is quite fond of it. Would have been nice if they sent me a tracking number as they indicated when I placed the order and later requested from customer service.
