Great products I purchased several items as gift to give through out the year. All the products are beautiful, and well made. There’s such variety that it was hard to decide which of item to give.(or keep. lol)

I ordered a Lumizon proyector in Feb… I ordered a Lumizon proyector in Feb 2024 and I'm still awaiting the item. No confirmation of postage. I'm still awaiting item. Have contacted via email & webchat but no response. Calls divert to answer phone. I didn't realise they were based in India as website boasts UK delivery and good reviews. I'm extremely disappointed. Same item was being sold on Tik Tok shop but I opted for Lumizon direct. Do not recommend. *BEWARE**

False advertising False advertising, specifically on Instagram. “Crafted from Highly Exquisite Crystal” is actually cheap plastic resin. Products of which I paid over $200 for (after advertised discounts) arrived in damaged, thin cardboard boxes. In my opinion, photographs of the lamps appear to show a “warm” white light. The products only have a setting for straight yellow or cool white light (along with other colors.) Company also advertised a “satisfaction guarantee with a money back option” which is false as customer service has been straight up rude and defensive, dismissing my concerns. I’ve been advised that they will only refund if I can show proof of physical damage or defect to product.

I love the Lumisom lights I love the Lumisom lights. I bought two for mood lighting in my bedroom. The lowest setting is like a lit candle. Very beautiful and relaxing. They can brighten two more levels for a task light. I love the structural design,they look beautiful in silver and I almost bought gold ones. I would definitely recommend them. BTW, they keep a long charge.

So bad I thought I bought knock offs I ended up here trying to determine if the lamps I received were actually counterfeit. That’s how disappointed I am. I ordered direct from their site so I was confused with what I received. Plastic. Cheap packaging. Brutal instruction insert. These are marketed as a high quality lamp and they are absolutely not. I haven’t even charged them yet so I can’t comment on how they work but I’m certainly glad I purchased them on a black Friday promo. They do not feel heavy and well made at all. Not what I was looking for regardless of how they work. Will order the much cheaper version off Amazon if they work well enough to warrant getting more. Don’t bother buying for the inflated prices from this vendor. I gave 2 stars as they may work ok but feel very cheap for the price.
