Good job you, Lumisom! We were very pleasantly surprised when our packages arrived from Lumisom! The 4 little lanterns we ordered were above our expectations! These days, it's hard to find quality products, but Lumisom didn't disappoint. They'll be a perfect addition to our wrap around deck next summer! They have a very nice sturdy weight, and throw a wonderful light for outside. We also ordered a couple lamps for our diningroom table, so we would have more of an ambient light in the dining area. Perfectly beautiful 💗 We'll definitely be looking forward to the addition of larger lamps for future purchases. And the price was much more affordable than other sites with simular products. I would have given zero stars but… I would have given zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered two lamps back in November and i still have not received them. Website clearly says they ship via Australia Post tracked and insured but they don't. They use some bogus company who has a terrible track record and consequently i have never received my lamps and despite weekly emails to customer service I still don't have them now will they refund my money. Pathetic customer Assistance from Lumisom. Do not trust this company!!!

I love the Lumisom lights I love the Lumisom lights. I bought two for mood lighting in my bedroom. The lowest setting is like a lit candle. Very beautiful and relaxing. They can brighten two more levels for a task light. I love the structural design,they look beautiful in silver and I almost bought gold ones. I would definitely recommend them. BTW, they keep a long charge.

DreadThink twice Dreadful customer service. I ordered a lantern on the 14th. It is now the 19th and I have no confirmation of it shipping or a tracking number as stated when I placed the order. They did charge me promptly though. January 3 2024 — To be fair — the order did finally arrive 4 days after Christmas and my partner is quite fond of it. Would have been nice if they sent me a tracking number as they indicated when I placed the order and later requested from customer service.

I ordered two of the black lights from… I ordered two of the black lights from from this company for myself and love them. I then ordered two for my daughter-in-law, they showed them being delivered but it had to of been the wrong place. I have tried to get in touch with the company via email at least 25 times with no response. This is an incredibly terrible experience do not buy directly from the company lumisom.
