Liz was amazing to work with Liz was amazing to work with! She answered all our questions, offered advice in picking flooring that works well with pets and stayed in touch regularly as we prepared to move and have the new floors installed. Installer was also awesome! He was friendly, asked questions to make sure he was doing what we wanted, offered recommendations for difficult areas, and the floors were spotless when he was finished, as was the working area. We just redecorated our living room… We just redecorated our living room with LVP, installed by Kevin Wright for CarpetOne in Ames. This is the 2nd time Kevin has laid LVP in our home & he does a great job! He is professional, courteous, & efficient. We specifically requested him for this job as he had done an outstanding job in our kitchen last year. We highly recommend Kevin!

Alex was a very helpful and explained … Alex was a very helpful and explained some of the carpet differences very well. The process was easy except for moving everything in our upstairs to be ready. The installers were polite, friendly, worked well and efficiently together. We are loving the new carpet and now wish we had done this sooner.
