GBEvery interaction was positive, I am so happy with my new carpet. Every interaction I had with the people from Carpet One was excellent! The sales person Troy, was patient with my ever changing selection. During and after the work was being done he checked on workers and my satisfaction w them. The people who laid the carpet and hard floor were excellent at their craft. They were clean, respectful of things in my home and overall pleasant people. I could not be more pleased!

GBThe installers were friendly The installers were friendly, courteous snd very efficient. They did an excellent job and it looks beautiful. Sales person who helped me with tile selection definitely knew their products and made it a painless process. Defintely would choose them again.

GBLiz was amazing to work with Liz was amazing to work with! She answered all our questions, offered advice in picking flooring that works well with pets and stayed in touch regularly as we prepared to move and have the new floors installed. Installer was also awesome! He was friendly, asked questions to make sure he was doing what we wanted, offered recommendations for difficult areas, and the floors were spotless when he was finished, as was the working area.
