GBWent to Hawaii with the voucher program Went to Hawaii with the voucher program i bought last year and everything worked out smoothly. Was obviously a bit hesitant at first but the customer service agent answered all of my questions. I even contacted the hotel to confirm reservation. They are legit!

PHUPDATE: VERY satisfied with customer service The only reason I made a purchase was to get the great hotel deals as promised in their ads. After making my purchase, I got the link to choose which property I want to get the deal from. Prior to purchasing, I was enticed by most of their ads talking about Hawaii properties. But when I look into those, they belong to the *upgrade group. Meaning, they require higher amount to book it. I browsed within the *standard hotel group, but did not find a combination of : four-star hotel with high guest ratings. Most of the properties were 3-star only. I was promised by customer service that they will continue to assist me until I am satisfied with my purchase (or unpurchase). UPDATE: Customer service rendered prompt and appropriate solution. Thumbs-up all the way!! Thank you, Aaron!

GBEverything costs to much to book Everything costs to much to book, would be cheaper without using this, “fees per night” are more than booking alone without using orb
