Disappointing, Not Recommended I purchased a Prussian Blue King Duvet set. The product that arrived was DULL in colour and not as advertised. I was told that I could not exchange the product despite the discrepancy in colour. It’s too awful to use so it’s sitting in its original packaging. I don’t believe most of their reviews are genuine either. It cost me close to $600, and they offered to refund $37 and give me a gift card for $50. Terrible product, service and false advertising. Don’t recommend it, save your money.

Beautiful, Great Quality, Fast Shipping! I bought this for my client's master bedroom and it's gorgeous. Great quality and super soft, and shipped quickly. The packaging was also beautiful and it was nice to get an extra bag! Definitely will purchase more for future clients. Customer service was also amazing when I had questions on the different bedding set sizes. You won't be disappointed!

Issue resolved! Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the color of the square accent pillows. The customer service was excellent & sent new pillows with email keeping me up to date. My new Duvet & pillows are absolutely beautiful! Very happy with the whole experience!!
