Exceptional customer service and spectacular product I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! Modern High-End Furniture with Customer Service to Match Travis has been helpful since day one. I had just purchased my first home and was new to purchasing furniture at that scale. I remember reaching out to the chatbot on a Friday evening and Travis not only answered, but took the time to guide me through the different lines/brands of furniture he offered. He wasn't pushy and took time to answer a lot of my newbie homebuyer questions. I really appreciated that. I ended up purchasing a media console and couch. Amazing quality and service We are super happy with our Woud Array Highboard. We actually ordered another piece that we didn’t love and the return process was smooth and easy. I’m not sure why others don’t understand their policy as it is very clear on the website.and is no differently than other furniture companies. Customer service was amazing.
