Bad Service Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of most I see here. Maybe because I had a return, which was stated to be returnable on the website (or I would not have bought it). Aside from being damage slightly upon arrival (standard these days), at first they would take it back after a restocking fee of $275. Then they flat out refused to take the item back after finding it was damaged (by them or by transport). This is terrible customer service, and Customer Service is why I buy anything anywhere. Lots of other furniture companies are amazing, why would I buy more from this company with this type of service? Good service, and you have a customer for life, and one who buys more furniture than you could imagine.

THE. BEST. EVER. I originally had never heard of Viesso but found them via Google when looking for a dining room table. They helped me choose the right size and finish, along with some design help on chairs to go with the table but not be too matchy. Throughout the sales and delivery process, their team has always been responsive, and dealing with an educated human for an expensive purchase has been a breath of fresh air. Family and friends who come in our house have all commented on the table; a few of our friends have even bought their furniture from Viesso because of the great experience we have had. They have had an equally positive experience. We did have an issue with the table -- through no fault of Viesso -- which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Literally, all I did was send a picture and an email to Viesso and they handled the rest. Easy. Viesso has been the best experience I have ever had with choosing, buying, fixing, etc. of any vendor. I can't sing their praises enough.

Exceptional customer service and spectacular product I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! We will be ordering several more once we are ready to move in. I cannot tell you how helpful and easy he was to deal with. Viesso prices are better than your competitors and free shipping was a big Plus as well. Thank you so much! Great Customer Service Viesso representatives are knowledgeable and accessible. They answer the phone which is basically unheard of today do everything they can to help make the buying experience a great one!
