The product they sent was well-packaged for shipping. And they were responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I would order from them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an outstanding experience with Viesso! Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.
