GBOne of the worst experiences I've had… One of the worst experiences I've had with a purchase. Customer service is atrocious. Their return policy is misleading and does not state that something like a lamp cannot have been installed. I purchased a Marset Vetra pendant, and not only was the wiring to the ac/dc adapter poorly assembled, but after following the instructions to install (twice, now after I've been told I can't return it) it it is completely lopsided and will not level. Neither Marset nor Viesso has offered any sort of assistance and now i am stuck with an extremely expensive piece of junk. I would have been better off buying something from Amazon.

GBMy contact with Viesso went on for … My contact with Viesso went on for several months, as I was trying to decide which sofa to purchase. Customer Service was most helpful in explaining to me the differences in the products and reassuring me that everything was eco-friendly and non-toxic. I asked many questions & received many answers. When I finally got the sofa I picked, it was too low, so I contact my Viesso rep. again & she suggested we swap out the legs for taller ones. This was done in a matter of a couple of weeks and now I am completely satisfied. My customer service rep. was Amira.

GBGreat Customer Service Viesso representatives are knowledgeable and accessible. They answer the phone which is basically unheard of today do everything they can to help make the buying experience a great one!

GBExceptional I have to say, their customer service is exceptional!! They took their time to answer all my questions. Made my purchase decision easy. Super happy with my new bar stools. Best part is that everyone complements them. Highly recommend.

GBBedroom set We ended up buying the Summit Amber bedroom set and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I recommend getting the white glove delivery services. They came in to set up the bedroom set and hauled away all the packaging materials.
