GBGood product, poor shipment tracking Delivery took significantly longer than listed online, and order information wasn’t updated until a week after placing the order. Couldn’t track the package until a few days before it was delivered.

GBAmazing customer service Amazing customer service. I received a broken mirror from this company & I reached out to customer service & they responded by that night with a solution.. so quick! They are sending me a replacement mirror & if this mirror comes broken as well, they are refunding my money. I didn’t even have to ask for the shipping updates or tracking number on the new mirror as they sent it before I had a chance to ask. Although I was disappointed about my broken mirror, customer service has been amazing & as a customer who works in the service industry, I really appreciate it! So excited for my new mirror & really hoping it doesn’t come broken like the last one.

GBI got a broken mirror & still no replacement after a week with no replay from customer service I got a broken mirror. Eric Gu finally responded to my email, after I sent two emails & left a voicemail at number provided which no one answers, to ask if I wanted a replacement & now he hasn’t responded to my last 5 emails saying yes, please send replacement. I need this resolved ASAP. Very disappointing & I am out almost $500.

GB5 Star Experience I finally ordered the mirror that I’ve been wanting! It came fast, it was BEAUTIFUL and well made but had a small chip in it. I sent an email right away and they had another one out to me instantly. The replacement showed up two calendar days later and I have never had that kind of customer service with any type of home furnishings before. I am so so happy and I really appreciate that they fixed the problem so quickly!!
