They should probably wait until the… They should probably wait until the item is actually delivered before requesting feeback. The product might be nice but I can't say yet. However, this is the 3rd request for feedback so I am giving it. Still waiting for delivery. It's been 22 days. I reached out a few days ago to get an update but no response. They will send you a Fedex tracking number instantly, but factor in that there will be a weeks long wait while the product is in china.

The mirror I purchased was delivered… The mirror I purchased was delivered damaged and I emailed the company the same day along with pictures. I received a response the following day and customer service apologized for the incident. Customer service was great, I didn’t have a hard time at all. A new mirror was shipped and delivered 3 days later, they were very prompt. I ordered the charcoal expecting it to be a dark color but it wasn’t, it was more on the grayish color but the color turned out perfect since it matched my new flooring. I gave it a 4 star because the product wasn’t exactly true of size. I purchased a 71”x 31” mirror and when I measured it, it was a couple if inches smaller in length but other than that I’m happy with mirror.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. I received a broken mirror from this company & I reached out to customer service & they responded by that night with a solution.. so quick! They are sending me a replacement mirror & if this mirror comes broken as well, they are refunding my money. I didn’t even have to ask for the shipping updates or tracking number on the new mirror as they sent it before I had a chance to ask. Although I was disappointed about my broken mirror, customer service has been amazing & as a customer who works in the service industry, I really appreciate it! So excited for my new mirror & really hoping it doesn’t come broken like the last one.
