GBBad customer service. I ordered tile, waited more than a week to get any information when my order will be shipped, then received email that my order will be shipped next day and then ten minutes later another email that my item is out of stock. It took the whole week just to find out that they do not have my item in stock!

GBPrompt and very good communication! I was happy and surprised to get a sample mailed to me immediately! Sadly it doesn't match my 10 year old backsplash that I wanted to extend...close but not exact. Also, they were excellent about following up with me. I wish that my old tile was available.
