GBExceptional quality and products, not so great customer service I ordered Prestige Collection custom covers for our patio set with 9 pieces ($1100+ order). The quality of the covers is exceptionally nice with sturdy materials, draw strings, and buckles. I feel confident that these covers will stand the test of mid-Atlantic winters. I'm very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and the covers that were shipped to me and would recommend this to other customers. Had two issues during ordering and shipping. First the credit card company flagged the Coverstore authorization as potential fraud and declined the charge. I verified the charge and then initiated the call to Coverstore for their customer care team to retry authorization. I needed to make a couple of calls to get this straightened out. The customer care team clearly didn't have a script for this situation and it was a game of 21-questions to get it resolved. Second issue: The custom covers were manufactured and shipped from China in two packages. I received three packages in total including the storage bags which were shipped from TX. It isn't obvious on the web site that they shipped two packages from Asia using two different tracking numbers. The first package arrived right away but the second package was delayed in transit to UPS but the status tracker was not at all clear. It appeared that the package was lost in transit. Again, I contacted the customer service team by both phone and email to track the missing package. The customer care team was rude and absrasive and it was pretty clear that they were annoyed that I was calling. $1100 in covers seemingly lost, who wouldn't call?! Coverstore owners or Sr. management needs to take note of the poor performance of the customer care team. It's clearly a leadership issue. They seem ill equipped to handle common issues and haven't been trained to communicate with customers in a non-condescending attitude.

GBGreat quality These covers are expensive but so far, they’ve held up through one Jersey winter with some really high shore winds. You do need extra bungees if it gets windy by you, so invest in the extra sets.

GBLarge, complex, cover done really well Just left a review on a different site, doing it here as well since people usually write reviews of bad experiences but don't for good ones. I was very apprehensive placing my order after reading all the bad reviews. I went ahead anyway because the only other serious custom competitor uses vinyl which isn't great for furniture. I don't doubt other customers have had problems, but just want to add that mine came out perfectly.

GBMany covers over the years We have purchased many covers over the years as we have added furniture. The only thing that it cannot withstand are squirrels attempting to escape in their confusion and our own mishandling. We have also purchased custom covers which meet the same standards. The Coverstore is the only place we go to.

GBTerrible experience with the Cover Store Terrible experience with the Cover Store. I am not one to spend the time posting negative reviews about a company, but this was a horrific experience and I hope to save others the nightmare of dealing with this company. To sum this disaster up, covers came in wrong and did not fit. We called the company and nicely tried to explain this and they blamed us for the errors. After multiple phone calls and wasted time spent measuring many times, we have given up. We paid for a product that was defective and the company was 100% at fault and refused to make good on another cover. Hard to believe, but customer service and product quality control at its worst. Stay far away from this company What a shame.
