Avon, MA Blinds To Go We have used the Avon Blinds To Go store in purchasing Faux Wood blinds for three homes over the last several years without disapointment! We always receive great friendly service by knowledgeable staff. We love the quick turnaround time, usually two days, during the pandemic we waited a week which was totally acceptable.

WASTE OF MONEY Where do I start? I got myself click to go blinds without drilling - easy right? Those are such a nightmare! please do not order them as they will slide from the wall when you will try to roll them up + your wall will be damaged > I will probably get a response from blinds to go > we are thinking that the installation of yours blinds was incorrectly done < My answer will be installation WAS CORRECTLY DONE! Romans blinds click and go NIGHTMARE AS WELL! looks like a folded towel brought on bazaar! @blinds to go how can you even say that you will not refund money if your customer is not happy with the purchase?!! those blinds are horrendous I wasted so much moneys 🙄😔

UPDATED - Happy with product but hitting obstacles with website Update: I was able to submit my order before the sale ended, but hold sending the order to production until I could speak to a consultant. All the changes were made this morning by phone. My concerns were unfounded due to exemplary customer service! I've updated to 5 stars. New house. I initially ordered one blind with the spring loaded mechanism and happy considering the price. I ordered three more to finish the street side of the house with their softlift and was even happier with the mechanism. I then decided to complete the house with 6 more. Unfortunately, this is where I'm a bit frustrated. Tonight is the last day of the sale and when I logged in my ip was banned. No idea why this happened. I also can't pick the softtouch online. I have to call and order from a person. This will end up costing us around $300 we could have saved even though I am attempting to submit my order before the sale is over. If customer service sorts this out for me then it would be 5 stars. I wouldn't dream of paying more for blinds.

Bifold blinds shredding after 18 months I purchased click fit blinds for our bifold doors, they have been installed for approximately 18 months. All three are now developing rips in the fabric. The blinds 2 go website advertise a 5 year warranty. Beware, the service team say that parts are covered for 5 years but not the fabric, however you cannot buy replacement fabric, you have to buy the whole unit. I believe that these blinds are not fit for purpose and I will not waste more money on a product that will add to our environmental waste after such a short time. I think that the website is very misleading, advertising a 5 year warranty that simply does not exist and I will be referring this to Trading Standards before more people suffer the same fate.
