CATerrible Customer Service Went into East Mississauga store and ordered blinds. We paid 50% up front and told the balance will be due when installed. Two weeks later they advise blinds are ready but wouldn’t let me book installation appointment until I paid in full. We refused. The sales clerk was rude and said that was their policy even though she was the one who said we pay balance when installed. We asked for a call back from the manager. Never received the call. Terrible customer service. In the end we had to pay balance or no appointment to install. I have 3 more windows to do but definitely will not go back there.

GBThis company us a joke ,i had someone… This company us a joke ,i had someone come to the house she measured ,gave a check for half deposit i have not heard back from her .Your company doesnt seem to be able to track the order?The reciept was not emailed

GBGreat quality blind at a reasonable price. I purchased a perfect fit blind from Blinds to go for my back door window. The whole process from order to installation was straight forward. I received order status updates on a regular basis through to the delivery day. The blind was very easy to assemble and install and looks great in situ. Excellent quality product at seasonable price and can be installed in minutes. I would definitely recommend this product.

CAthouroughly disapointed I am writing to express how thouroughly disapointed I am with Blinds to go. I met with th sales rep for shutter blinds for a bedroom, in sept. 2023. The order was placed and measurements were taken in peron by the installer. The insatllers had to come back TWICE to complete the installation because of wrong mesurements and differents excuses on their part. The installation is still not complete, 3 MONTHS LATER. There was supposed to be A THIRD visit to finally finish the installation. I have yet to hear from either the sales rep or the installers. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. I am mad and disapointed. I regret not picking the other company I had come to do an estimate.

GBBifold blinds shredding after 18 months I purchased click fit blinds for our bifold doors, they have been installed for approximately 18 months. All three are now developing rips in the fabric. The blinds 2 go website advertise a 5 year warranty. Beware, the service team say that parts are covered for 5 years but not the fabric, however you cannot buy replacement fabric, you have to buy the whole unit. I believe that these blinds are not fit for purpose and I will not waste more money on a product that will add to our environmental waste after such a short time. I think that the website is very misleading, advertising a 5 year warranty that simply does not exist and I will be referring this to Trading Standards before more people suffer the same fate.
