GBPerfect Fit Blinds Ordered perfect fit blinds, really poor quality and badly made. Look really bulky and cheap material, nothing like the pictures advertised. They don’t keep any light out either as the roller isn’t on a tread just hangs loose. Refused to refund, luckily I had purchase on credit so raised a dispute with provider. Still had to pay return postage. Would avoid at all costs

GBFaulty Blind Installation Not all of our blinds were installed correctly. The blinds on our slider were not straight. Per our request, the rod was straightened. However, the pull-chain holder also had to be moved, which left two holes in our wall. Our separate order for drapes + their installation was very professional + satisfactory.

CAthouroughly disapointed I am writing to express how thouroughly disapointed I am with Blinds to go. I met with th sales rep for shutter blinds for a bedroom, in sept. 2023. The order was placed and measurements were taken in peron by the installer. The insatllers had to come back TWICE to complete the installation because of wrong mesurements and differents excuses on their part. The installation is still not complete, 3 MONTHS LATER. There was supposed to be A THIRD visit to finally finish the installation. I have yet to hear from either the sales rep or the installers. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. I am mad and disapointed. I regret not picking the other company I had come to do an estimate.

GBSteals Customer's Money I cancelled order 853274 on the morning of March 1 few days after they issued the quote and before technicians were scheduled to come and measure my windows. I realized I was not going to be able to reach to manually lower the shades I had ordered ( top down / bottom up) and Blinds to Go does not offer the type of shades I need (top down / bottom up MOTORIZED) They were not responsive, and then pretended to issue a refund after I left a bad review on fb. It has still not posted nearly two weeks later, but my credit card company is handling the dispute. Visit their fb page and you will see a ton of complaints I'm getting Hunter Douglas shades instead. Better quality and they have fully motorized shades.

GBAvon, MA Blinds To Go We have used the Avon Blinds To Go store in purchasing Faux Wood blinds for three homes over the last several years without disapointment! We always receive great friendly service by knowledgeable staff. We love the quick turnaround time, usually two days, during the pandemic we waited a week which was totally acceptable.
