Very satisfied, would buy again Purchased an outdoor water feature for my backyard remodel (2nd time buying from this company). Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Received color samples to help narrow down my color choice. Fountain arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and it was pretty straightforward for me and a couple neighbors to assemble. Would recommend ordering your fountain from here.

We have been trying to get you to send someone to see why our fountain spurts water, making it unusable. This has gone on for months. Our contractor Isaac Oren has called you for help and perhaps an added part. We are very frustrated. We may discard the fountain if we cannot make it work correctly. It has never worked right but gotten worse over time.

Nothing but Pleased I purchased a fountain from Soothing Company for my lani, I received the item in record time and was very pleased that it was exactly as the discription had discribed the product. The pump was missing from the order so I called Customer Service who was courteous and responsive. The pump arrived two days later and the fountain is simply beautiful and a conversation piece from all who visit. I would highly recommend this company for any future needs.

$1000 product was not what was represented, had to pay shippping to return and refund was only $600! Will never shop there again. My daughter wanted an outdoor fountain and I found this site and suggested she choose one for her birthday. We were both excited. Once she assembled it, she realized it would only produce a slight gurgle of water, nothing like the magnificent flow water represented in the photos. I paid $1000 for it, she paid the $200 shipping to return it, and the company only refunded $600. This was an online shopping disaster.

Water Fountain review The company provides misleading and incorrect information regarding the detailed specifications of their products (i.e., water fountain) causing the customer to incur significant additional cost. In addition, when it has been proven the product is not what the customer thought it was, they do make any reparations. They take your money upfront 4-6 weeks before delivery. This policy does not leave you any leverage if the product that shows up is not what they claimed it was supposed to be. The sales staff is professional and friendly but unfortunately, they are uninformed regarding the product they are selling. I would not recommend this company.
