GBGreat products; great customer service I ordered an aquarium for my office that is also a coffee table. It has been a great conversation piece, and looks beautiful. A few weeks after I got the aquarium, I had a question about the sides of the tank bowing slightly. I called the soothing company, and they were very helpful. They even called the manufacturer to make sure the bowing was natural and normal. I would definitely recommend this company and their products!

FRVery, very disappointed !!! I had the very bad surprise to find out after a little more than a year that my marble slate was of very bad quality. Not using it very much and never for a long time, in a few days, it was covered with a lot of holes in the stone where the water digs up very quickly. I thought that this problem would be considered as a hidden defect and of course, the Soothing Company would replace the slab, but surprisingly, the manufacturer covered himself behind the warranty which ended only few months ago. $2,000 for a piece of junk ! Very mad and disappointed ! I will never buy anything anymore from this company !

GBTerrible experience, quality of merchandise not as represented. One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Item was not as advertised. Owner refused to offer any satisfaction. Filed complaints with all consumer agencies in Vancouver, WA area. BUYER BEWARE!!!

GBWe have been trying to get you to send someone to see why our fountain spurts water, making it unusable. This has gone on for months. Our contractor Isaac Oren has called you for help and perhaps an added part. We are very frustrated. We may discard the fountain if we cannot make it work correctly. It has never worked right but gotten worse over time.

GBI am very disappointed in the customer… I am very disappointed in the customer service I ordered a sofa mat 11 days ago and have not received an order confirmation or a delivery date on my order I have contacted Reach 3 times and was told that they left a message for soothing home customer service to reach out but I have not heard anything back This is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing anything else from them
