unhelpful customer service and poor product Our fountain has leaked since we received it and we can no longer even use it as a fountain because of the waste of water and effect on the ground around it. when we first received it I tried to make several complaints with the company with very poor and limited responses. I would not recommend the company and regret my purchase as I essentially have a large bird bath and have only used the fountain 3 times in the last year and a half.

Very disappointed I had terrible experience with this company, I bought a big joe bean bag which was utterly overpriced, too small even for a four year old and when I attempted to return I had to pay $30 for shipping it back plus I was charged 15% restocking fee and another $30 to cover their original shipping costs!! essentially this ended up costing me $70 for nothing... Complete disaster, will never order from them again.. Same bag chair on amazon twice the size is only $45 with free shipping and reasonable return shipping. This company should do a better job negotiating with shipping companies and do better job at customer service. The 15% restocking fee is ridiculous especially in cases like this as the chair was brand new! not used at all! there is absolutely nothing to restock..

Terrible experience, quality of merchandise not as represented. One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Item was not as advertised. Owner refused to offer any satisfaction. Filed complaints with all consumer agencies in Vancouver, WA area. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered the Whispering Creek Slate… I ordered the Whispering Creek Slate wall foundation. Absolutely beautiful to the eye, but horrible on the wall!! ALL YOU HEAR IS THE VIBRATING PUMP. No matter how many times I tried to buffer with the foam they sent me, which did not work.!; NO matter if the pump was on the LOWEST setting. It did and has not served the purpose I desired. I was seeking a water wall fountain that would seem as though I was lying on the ground next to a creek or river. IT WILL ONLY BE AWESOME IN A VERY LARGE SPACE, THAT OTHERS SOUNDS MIGHT, AND I MEAN MIGHT BUFFER THE VIBRATION. FOR ONE TO SPEND 5 HUNDRED DOLLARS AND GET THIS, WALL OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS TAKEN BY ONLINE FAIRY TALES. NO WHISPERING CREEK WATER FOUNDATION HERE. VERY IRRITATING NOISE FOR A MEDITATION ROOM

Enjoying it! We were very pleased with the service we received. Questions answered promptly and fountain we chose easy to put together. Our tenants love having it in the sunroom which is used for all types of relaxing activities. The sound of the water adds to the atmosphere of our room.
