I am very disappointed in the customer… I am very disappointed in the customer service I ordered a sofa mat 11 days ago and have not received an order confirmation or a delivery date on my order I have contacted Reach 3 times and was told that they left a message for soothing home customer service to reach out but I have not heard anything back This is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing anything else from them

Everything I expected and more The contractor that installed the waterfall was really impressed when he saw the stone. This waterfall gave my Spa the relaxing feeling & elegant look I was looking for my clients. I'm really thinking about buying one for my home.

Received color samples to help narrow down my color choice. Fountain arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and it was pretty straightforward for me and a couple neighbors to assemble. Very helpful staff Very helpful staff. I received our fountain fairly quickly. It had a small piece damaged because of shipping but Soothing Company was very quick to fix the issue. I would recommend this company if you are looking to purchase an indoor fountain.
