Very satisfied, would buy again Purchased an outdoor water feature for my backyard remodel (2nd time buying from this company). Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Received color samples to help narrow down my color choice. Fountain arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and it was pretty straightforward for me and a couple neighbors to assemble. Would recommend ordering your fountain from here.

Significantly changed price We were reviewing an outdoor fountain that was listed at $500. We worked with one person, and had emails about the cost and the color. We called back to order and were told the other person was gone, and the cost of the fountain was now $750. We sent the emails to them to let them know what we were quoted, but we were told that the price was the new price!

No customer service after purchase! I bought a fountain from them. It doesn't hold water in the basin. They are refusing I help because I didn't cover the fountain in the winter. They never provided a cover or said one needed to be used and I live in Texas so ice isn't really a problem. I would recommend staying away from them since they don't back their products.

Very Satisfied I am very satisfied with your company and love the little desktop fire place. It has been a show stopper at our cabin in the woods and our friends have all marveled watching it. I would recommend your company and have to several people.

Water Fountain review The company provides misleading and incorrect information regarding the detailed specifications of their products (i.e., water fountain) causing the customer to incur significant additional cost. In addition, when it has been proven the product is not what the customer thought it was, they do make any reparations. They take your money upfront 4-6 weeks before delivery. This policy does not leave you any leverage if the product that shows up is not what they claimed it was supposed to be. The sales staff is professional and friendly but unfortunately, they are uninformed regarding the product they are selling. I would not recommend this company.
