GBI am very disappointed in the customer… I am very disappointed in the customer service I ordered a sofa mat 11 days ago and have not received an order confirmation or a delivery date on my order I have contacted Reach 3 times and was told that they left a message for soothing home customer service to reach out but I have not heard anything back This is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing anything else from them

GBEverything I expected and more The contractor that installed the waterfall was really impressed when he saw the stone. This waterfall gave my Spa the relaxing feeling & elegant look I was looking for my clients. I'm really thinking about buying one for my home.

JPVery satisfied, would buy again Purchased an outdoor water feature for my backyard remodel (2nd time buying from this company). Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Received color samples to help narrow down my color choice. Fountain arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and it was pretty straightforward for me and a couple neighbors to assemble. Would recommend ordering your fountain from here.

GBVery helpful staff Very helpful staff. I received our fountain fairly quickly. It had a small piece damaged because of shipping but Soothing Company was very quick to fix the issue. I would recommend this company if you are looking to purchase an indoor fountain.
