Would not purchase from them again. Poor communication Waited 2 weeks for my "in stock" item. Still had not shipped and no email updates about the status. Purchase did not show up on my account page. Called 800 number and its not the company. They can not answer any question and just take down your information. I will say once I disputed the charges with PayPal I received a refund the same day. Repurchased the same product from other on line retailer and it was at my house in 3 days.

I have not receved my order from over a month ago. My order is very late. It has been over a month since I placed the order. It is very difficult to contact you through your web site. I have been very dissatisfied with my experience. I expect my order to be delivered immediately or a full refund.

Great price, good delivey, a few glass beads exploded The price and service was great. We did however have multiple glass beads literally blow up/explode while we were enjoying our fire pit outside. No the most safe, we do have a large amount of beads and out of the total amount approximately 3-4 beads exploded.

Returned damaged goods and had to dispute credit card charges to get a refund. I ordered the wrong unit, they replaced it no charge but billed me twice, once for each log unit. Second unit arrived in pieces. The delivery timeline was slow to arrive and I had to ship back the damaged unit. At which point, I cancelled my order all together. After verifying the return delivery of both units to the distributor through UPS I still did not receive a credit for two charges of over $900 each. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company. NEVER again!

Product in stock when ordered Product in stock when ordered. After waiting one week for tracking, I emailed for status with no response. I then left message on site contact form with no response. I then called and had to leave message which was returned at 7 pm that night and was told product was out of stock and would not be back in stock until next month. No attempt to inform me of delays or issues and it took three attempts to get status. I immediately canceled order and went to their competitor who had exact same product in my hands two days later. It goes without saying I will never use this company and I repeat my experience every chance I get. Consider yourself lucky for the second star.
