Magnets are TERRIBLE Magnets are TERRIBLE. photos are ok. Because I didn't hang them right away, customer service can't refund. (it has been more than a month - we were having renovations). Customer service did get back to me right away, but there's no resolution. Would not recommend.

I’m am hoping these come out wonderful I’m am hoping these come out wonderful, but I accidentally typed in the wrong address by one number.. they are going to resend them at no cost which is amazing. However If their system sent a conformation out after receiving the order I would have realized the address was wrong immediately and had them make the change. These arrived and are pretty good. They look good on the wall, but aren’t the most amazing quality.

Cheap magnets and terrible customer service Magnofix tiles do not stick to the wall and are too weak to hold the picture with another magnet affixed to it. They fall off the wall and damage the corners of the soft foam pictures. After contacting customer service I have not heard anything after 2 weeks. It’s hard to seek a refund within the 30 day window if they never get back to you.

Not the best out there, but nice looking tiles The photo quality is good and photos look great. My biggest problem is the fact that the stop to attach to the wall comes separated and is supper small. In my case, my walls have a little bit of texture and it doesn’t attach as well as the competitor’s brand that comes with a thick strip all across the top edge that all you need to do is take the protective paper and attach to the wall. Due to this and the fact that unless you choose the basic look all others are more expensive, I will only buy from the other company.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. No reply from their support email, and instagram. Sent out 4 emails, and 3 ig messages. NOTHING. Ordered my pictures July 27. They deducted from my account and everything. So i’m excited to get them. I realized that i didn’t get any tracking number for it about 1 week after, so i emailed. Now it’s been 17 days, not knowing if i’m ever gonna get that package.
