Fast shipping, amazing customer service I recently ordered 25 MIXPIX from their official website. The photo choosing tool was very easy to use and the photos came in a matter of a few business days. Had a small problem with my order where the pictures stuck to each other in its own stack and resulted in some of the ink peeling off. Luckily, their customer service is top notch and they were able to rectify the situation in a timely manner. Will definitely be ordering more in the very near future.

Received another family's order THREE times, missed holiday gift-giving 3 different times I was sent the wrong order - someone else's personal photo tiles (and I assume someone else received mine). 3 times. I placed the order for tiles very early in December to get Christmas gifts in time. By mid-January I gave up and asked for a refund.

Lost gift found! I purchased a gift certificate in December 2020, and it was unused/lost. It is now 2 years later. I contacted Veronica via their website and had a new code within a day! It was relatively easy to download the… It was relatively easy to download the pics. I was ordering as Christmas present. I received my order quickly and loved the result. 3 of the tiles were damaged when I opened them. I took a pic of them, contacted customer service and they replaced the damaged pics immediately and I received them Christmas Eve as we were opening presents. So awesome job MIXPIX. I will definitely use again.

I’m am hoping these come out wonderful I’m am hoping these come out wonderful, but I accidentally typed in the wrong address by one number.. they are going to resend them at no cost which is amazing. However If their system sent a conformation out after receiving the order I would have realized the address was wrong immediately and had them make the change. These arrived and are pretty good. They look good on the wall, but aren’t the most amazing quality.
