CAMagnets are TERRIBLE Magnets are TERRIBLE. photos are ok. Because I didn't hang them right away, customer service can't refund. (it has been more than a month - we were having renovations). Customer service did get back to me right away, but there's no resolution. Would not recommend.

GBDamaged tiles. No help I ordered these for a Father’s Day gift. Some of them arrived damaged. I immediately contacted mixpix and went through the process for replacement. I still have not received the replacement tiles. Very disappointing

GBCheap magnets and terrible customer service Magnofix tiles do not stick to the wall and are too weak to hold the picture with another magnet affixed to it. They fall off the wall and damage the corners of the soft foam pictures. After contacting customer service I have not heard anything after 2 weeks. It’s hard to seek a refund within the 30 day window if they never get back to you.

QAHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. No reply from their support email, and instagram. Sent out 4 emails, and 3 ig messages. NOTHING. Ordered my pictures July 27. They deducted from my account and everything. So i’m excited to get them. I realized that i didn’t get any tracking number for it about 1 week after, so i emailed. Now it’s been 17 days, not knowing if i’m ever gonna get that package.

GBIt was relatively easy to download the… It was relatively easy to download the pics. I was ordering as Christmas present. I received my order quickly and loved the result. 3 of the tiles were damaged when I opened them. I took a pic of them, contacted customer service and they replaced the damaged pics immediately and I received them Christmas Eve as we were opening presents. So awesome job MIXPIX. I will definitely use again.
