GBHorrible Return Policy Ordered two barstools which did not work for me. Had to pay a restocking fee on each item and shipping costs of $200 each way. Many of these high end online retailers offer free shipping which would have saved me $400. Pay close attention to the fine print of the return policies. Will not order again with these restrictive policies.

GBThe worst The worst. Multiple calls to customer no-service. All they do is tell you what they won’t do, they do nothing. Order is weeks late, no call from delivery company to schedule. Eventually found delivery company contact info for my area, called them and scheduled delivery. Today’s delivery day, took two calls to get delivery service to answer the phone, now told delivery will be hours late. No regard for your time. No platitudes about being sorry, and reaching out to you via email, yada yada, please. You have the history and flat don’t care, I understand. Goal here is to warn others so they don’t experience the same.

GBWanted to order a lamp from One Kings… Wanted to order a lamp from One Kings Lane but the wattage info was missing from the online description. I contacted Customer Service via email and was ably assisted by Rodrigo. He had to contact the manufacturer to get the info, which took a few days, but he kept me updated on his efforts and ultimately got an answer for me. Best service experience I have had in quite some time.

GB3 Months late and no communication Trade Member here, my order is 3+ months late with absolutely no communication from the company. Calls and emails go unanswered. They offer products that they do not physically possess. Terrible experience. Customer service is outsourced to non-english speaking reps who are clearly quoting from a pre-written script of vague lines and provide no details at all. This used to be a great company before they were sold to the current owners. Will not be doing business with OKL again.

GBNightmare! This place is definitely running a scam. I purchased a framed art print for $375 on March 11, 2024 with a delivery window of March 28-April 3 (Order #782008). As of April 5 there is no shipping notice. I've spoken to 4 extremely rude and aggressive representatives this week who can provide no information on the item nor and indication of when it may ship. They are clearly following a very well-practiced script and have blamed me for reaching out too frequently. I was also told I cannot cancel the order and request a refund, but rather that I must wait until I receive the item and then return it....which likely will never happen. I sincerely wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before shopping with them. Learned the hard way but will now be pursuing a fraud charge through my bank as others have indicated.
