GBAnother one of “One Kings Fools" I feel like another one of the “one kings fools” after seeing all the negative reviews. I placed an order in February. Only received a partial order, 2 of 5 items. 10 weeks later I’m still waiting for the other 3 framed art reprints. There was nothing complicated about this order, just 5 framed art reprints. I repeatedly reach out to customer service who can provide no information on the 3 missing items or indication of when they may ship. After 10 weeks of trying to be patient, I’ve given up and need to cancel my order for the 3 items that have never shipped. I am now being told they will NOT fully refund me for the cost of the items never shipped. That I now have to pay a 15% restock fee and shipping cost that they say total over $75.00! A restock fee and shipping for items they NEVER TOOK OUT OF STOCK OR SHIPPED!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I can see saying that for something I HAVE RECEIVED & now want to return, but NOT for something that after 10 weeks they can’t give any reason or indication of when unprovided items might be shipped. THIS PLACE IS DEFINATLY RUNNING A SCAM!!! They offer products that they do not physically possess. Customer service is outsourced to non-english speaking reps who are clearly quoting from a pre-written script of vague lines and provide no details at all. I sincerely wish I'd searched for reviews before ordering. Learned the hard way, but will now be pursuing a fraud charge through my bank as others here have also had to do. Will not be doing business with OKL again!!!

GBNightmare! This place is definitely running a scam. I purchased a framed art print for $375 on March 11, 2024 with a delivery window of March 28-April 3 (Order #782008). As of April 5 there is no shipping notice. I've spoken to 4 extremely rude and aggressive representatives this week who can provide no information on the item nor and indication of when it may ship. They are clearly following a very well-practiced script and have blamed me for reaching out too frequently. I was also told I cannot cancel the order and request a refund, but rather that I must wait until I receive the item and then return it....which likely will never happen. I sincerely wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before shopping with them. Learned the hard way but will now be pursuing a fraud charge through my bank as others have indicated.

GBI did receive my headboard I did receive my headboard, it’s nice, but not worth the $600 I paid. The struts for this headboard are too tall…so unless your bed it 26 inches or taller there will be a few inches of a gap btwn the mattress and bottom of this headboard. Customer service says sorry…but nothing they can do. Some day we will all get fed up hopefully and start shopping at brick and mortar stores again.

GBOne Kings Lane and their customer… One Kings Lane and their customer support team stepped up to make my claim the most important item they had to deal with. Jesus A. initially responded promptly to the claim. Roxana took over and her professional, polite, caring emails continued throughout the balance of the process.They communicated constantly with me and made me feel very calm and confident they would resolve my issue completely and they did. In today's disposable, buy it again world they went above and beyond. They never asked anything from me except to know they had satisfied me completely. The team's professionalism was only exceeded by their politeness. Too many companies can take a lesson from the Customer Support Team especially Roxana and Jesus A. at One Kings Lane. Thank you.

GBWanted to order a lamp from One Kings… Wanted to order a lamp from One Kings Lane but the wattage info was missing from the online description. I contacted Customer Service via email and was ably assisted by Rodrigo. He had to contact the manufacturer to get the info, which took a few days, but he kept me updated on his efforts and ultimately got an answer for me. Best service experience I have had in quite some time.
