GBI did receive my headboard I did receive my headboard, it’s nice, but not worth the $600 I paid. The struts for this headboard are too tall…so unless your bed it 26 inches or taller there will be a few inches of a gap btwn the mattress and bottom of this headboard. Customer service says sorry…but nothing they can do. Some day we will all get fed up hopefully and start shopping at brick and mortar stores again.

GBFantastic Customer Service!! One Kings Lane customer service is really fantastic. I called on two separate occasions and spoke with Jesus and Francisco. Both were helpful, candid and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to speak with a live person who was able to provide accurate information. It’s wonderful that there are still companies who care about their customers!! Thank you One Kings Lane!

GBThe worst The worst. Multiple calls to customer no-service. All they do is tell you what they won’t do, they do nothing. Order is weeks late, no call from delivery company to schedule. Eventually found delivery company contact info for my area, called them and scheduled delivery. Today’s delivery day, took two calls to get delivery service to answer the phone, now told delivery will be hours late. No regard for your time. No platitudes about being sorry, and reaching out to you via email, yada yada, please. You have the history and flat don’t care, I understand. Goal here is to warn others so they don’t experience the same.

GBTerrible Service and they delete reviews on their website Just realized my comment on their website that I left over the weekend was deleted… I ordered a very expensive bed frame in December 2023… expected delivery was mid March 2024. I never received the bed frame and no one from OKL contacted about the delayed shipping. I called OKL and sent a chat in the chat box. I was told they would get back with me and they never did. One box of the three was finally delivered to my house. I immediately called OKL to Find out where the other two boxes were. They didn’t know and said they would find out and let me know.. I gave it a week and they never did. The carrier reached out to me and said they had the second box a week later. They were set to deliver the second box on a Friday afternoon and never showed up. I gave it another week and reached back out to the carrier on the no show. They said that my two boxes arrived in pitiful damaged conditions. Unopened boxes, unwrapped items, badly damaged, and covered in black dirt/dust. The carrier said I should be asking for a refund with the poor conditions the boxes arrived in. I’m not sure what manufacturer OKL ordered this bedframe from or what standards they hold their shipping carriers to but I am very disappointed that I had to do the investigation behind all of this and customer service at OKL didn’t find it a priority to keep me in the loop. It is also disheartening that they have a leave review section and if you leave an honest review on their website it is deleted… I am giving them one more chance to correct their wrongs and then I will be getting my money back. If I had to do it all over again I would not order from this company again. I should have checked reviews on other websites (not just OKL website) first before ordering. I had to pay almost $200 in shipping for this bed frame and to me with their manufacturer shipping conditions shipping should be free. I have better shipping from Amazon and Temu.. would have expected more from a company like this that have high prices and “white glove shipping”. I will come back and update my review if I receive my correct product and in good condition.

GBOne King's Lane is a scam! I placed an order in November for a sofa to be delivered early to mid-January. I was charged the full amount. I never received a tracking order and when the sofa didn't arrive within the delivery window, I used the online chat service to find out when I could receive my order. After 3 chat operators had no answer, I called customer service. I was given a new date that also came and went with no order arrival and no tracking updates. I finally received an email that told me August was the new arrival time. I was on vacation and not monitoring my email for a couple of weeks and didn't see the email. Before I could respond, I got another email that informed me that my order could no longer be fulfilled. Instead of a refund, I was given a customer service number to call to "choose a suitable replacement." Of course, no one ever answers the phone.
