The pieces are nice The pieces are nice, however, the prints had tiny bit of a wrinkle and one frame came with the corner of the plexiglass chipped. I reached out but haven’t heard back. Update. Changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Extremely fast response and resolution once they received the complaint.

Great frames! I accidentally ordered the wrong size frames. I was able to realize before the order shipped and emailed customer service who refunded me right away and instructed me to reorder the correct size. Frames look like wood, love them!

I’ll be back! I ordered large frames from 1x when I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store. I was worried if I would like them when I wasn’t able to actually see and hold them in person. The free shipping and returns made me feel comfortable giving the company a try. Well, I need not worry. These frames are beautiful and great quality. They were exactly what my room and prints needed. The bronze is a beautiful color and I love the modern feel of the thin frame. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
