First two i ordered one had the glass… First two i ordered one had the glass corners broken off, contacted customer service and they immediately helped me fix and replaced them. Frames are great and look really nice on my wall with my custum art prints in them. Customer service gets five stars also, very quick and respectful response. They also want to know if there is anyway they can make the experience better for the consumer. I have already ordered more and do recommend.

The pieces are nice The pieces are nice, however, the prints had tiny bit of a wrinkle and one frame came with the corner of the plexiglass chipped. I reached out but haven’t heard back. Update. Changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Extremely fast response and resolution once they received the complaint.

1x removed my all affiliate income aff id 488337 last week my client lost 350$ added commission but today payment day they removed all & balance show all was negative full scam with affiliate commission. i wrote lot email they not answer me
