Ordered mini split system and was… Ordered mini split system and was informed all items were in stock and would ship immediately. I received base unit and 1 head, the other 2 heads they forgot to ship and they shipped TWO weeks later. The sales persons response, “sorry, it was a logistical mistake we can cancel your order if you’re not happy. FIND ANOTHER RETAILER. This company is a rip off, has terrible customer service and can’t get orders out when promised. WARNING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I'm very disappointed with eComfort.com… I'm very disappointed with eComfort.com and LG for not covering Warranty Parts that were replaced by my plumber. All proper forms were filed out. The Parts are covered under warranty. However, because my plumber did not order the replacement parts thru eComfort.com the Warranty Dept says they will not issue a check back to me! VERY SAD and I will never do business again with eComfort OR Power Equipment Direct!!!

I bought a Williams heater that ended… I bought a Williams heater that ended up being a piece of garbage. Tried to return it for refund and I was denied because I hooked the unit up. Once you hook it up it’s non returnable they tell me. Wondering how someone is supposed to know unit doesn’t work properly if it’s not hooked up. Stay away from ecomfort and I’d stay away from Williams heaters too. I tried calling them for help and they referred me back to ecomfort. Both companies are terrible. I lost $2,000 because I used these 2 companies.

Hard to beat: Great variety, prices and service I've been buying products from eComfort for several years, including 4 mini-split heat pumps. Their website has a wealth of good information, they've got a wide range of products and their prices are good. I recently had a problem with a product and to me how a company responds when there is an issue is the real test. I was extremely impressed with eComfort's support and follow through. You can get a real person on the line and they will actually do what they can to help. In this case, I needed a warranty part. They approved the request within 24 hours and expedited shipment of the part. They've definitely earned my business.

Abysmal customer service Abysmal customer service. Brand new boiler has needed two replacement parts - having sent warranty claim form in immediately after speaking to the agent, making clear this is urgent (no heat situation), I have received no response at all. Tried contacting through their contact form (no reply), and spent all day Saturday trying to contact by phone, which was constantly busy with, incredibly, no option to hold. It's 20º, in the middle of a winter storm and my house has no heat.
