If you're a professional installer like my self and owner of a small business don't deal with this company. You will end up loosing your costumers because of ecomfort.

Their website has a wealth of good information, they've got a wide range of products and their prices are good. I recently had a problem with a product and to me how a company responds when there is an issue is the real test. I was extremely impressed with eComfort's support and follow through. You can get a real person on the line and they will actually do what they can to help. In this case, I needed a warranty part. They approved the request within 24 hours and expedited shipment of the part. They've definitely earned my business.
