GBThe worst service ever The worst service ever ! I called prior to placing my order to make sure my items are available and I was told YES by a person named Kevin . Days later the drama started . If you're a professional installer like my self and owner of a small business don't deal with this company. You will end up loosing your costumers because of ecomfort.

GBHard to beat: Great variety, prices and service I've been buying products from eComfort for several years, including 4 mini-split heat pumps. Their website has a wealth of good information, they've got a wide range of products and their prices are good. I recently had a problem with a product and to me how a company responds when there is an issue is the real test. I was extremely impressed with eComfort's support and follow through. You can get a real person on the line and they will actually do what they can to help. In this case, I needed a warranty part. They approved the request within 24 hours and expedited shipment of the part. They've definitely earned my business.

GBTop 3 Worst Distributors Online DON'T WALK. RUN FROM eCOMFORT. SHADIEST COMPANY OUT THERE. EXPECT ANYTHING YOU BUY FROM THEM TO NOT WORK. THEIR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT IS BASICALLY A BUNCH OF A**HOLES WHO TAKE PLEASURE IN FIGURING OUT WAYS TO NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCTS. PLEASE RESEARCH REVIEWS OF eCOMFORT AS YOU WILL SEE THE 1000'S OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCREWED.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not accommodating when there any issues. They don't care about customer service. They stated "since our prices are so low, we can't be accommodating. shop else where, where you know you can buy without issues.

GB****SCAM ALERT**** eComfort.com will… ****SCAM ALERT**** eComfort.com will claim damage and charge 25% restock fee on all returns in a fraudulent attempt to offset their free shipping costs. Also be aware that most items are over sized, so they will also make you pay for return shipment, the average A coil weighing less than 40lbs will cost you approximately 200 dollars to ship via the common carriers due to the box dimensions. To have a company attempt to charge you in this fashion is outright unethical and fraudulent. See other reviews they are horrible customer service. The Lady on the phone literally said "we don't care". *****SCAM ALERT*****eComfort.com
