I love the look at the bag however I love the look at the bag however, the customer service that supports this company is absolutely horrible. They’re very slow to respond when they did give me a response because I have a broken buckle. They said that I was out of warranty when I’ve only use the bag once on a trip to Europe and I have two broken buckles that they said I could buy for $15 each but yet still have not heard back from anybody buyer. Beware cool product horrible service I would stay away.

nice products great customer service Nice products. Responsive customer service. I purchased the Canvas Denali duffle bag and the RFID Bifold. The duffle is high quality oiled canvas. The main compartment and pockets are lined with a brown, durable, high-quality liner. The bottom of the straps on the cover over the front pocket are conveniently secured to the front pocket with magnetic buttons. So technically you can easily access the front pocket without needing to unbuckle the straps.
