The main compartment and pockets are lined with a brown, durable, high-quality liner. The bottom of the straps on the cover over the front pocket are conveniently secured to the front pocket with magnetic buttons. So technically you can easily access the front pocket without needing to unbuckle the straps.

Given the complexity of the issue, she provided thoughtful, genuine concern, provided accurate timelines and explanations of next steps, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I particularly appreciated that she didn't promise the world right away and asked for details about the issue. Along with such a positive experience, It made me feel like the company cares deeply about their customers and craftsmanship, while also being a good steward of their resources. I love the look at the bag however I love the look at the bag however, the customer service that supports this company is absolutely horrible. They’re very slow to respond when they did give me a response because I have a broken buckle. They said that I was out of warranty when I’ve only use the bag once on a trip to Europe and I have two broken buckles that they said I could buy for $15 each but yet still have not heard back from anybody buyer. Beware cool product horrible service I would stay away.
