GBBroke in a month, didn’t quite look as advertised but that’s honestly fair because of how leather is So it definitely didn’t look as advertised, it was extremely delayed getting here, and while walking down the street, one of the buckles broke! Then, as I was googling a cobbler or other skilled local who could help fix my bag which I loved so dearly, the second buckle broke! Not caught on anything, just flat broke off. The staples which connect the loop to the buckles just bent out of place. They both broke in the exact same way. Honestly, I’d love a replacement or a fix, because as painful as this experience was, the bag was beautiful, and I could tell the intent was to make something of value, it just didn’t work out because of(I think) one poor design decision. I respect the artistry, and while my review on the website wasn’t as kindly worded, the fact of the matter still stands, it broke almost immediately, less than a month of use (it was only gifted to me when I visited for christmas, which occurred around new years, and I only got around to transferring my stuff over two or three weeks after). By the way, I know this review is late, I’m a busy person, so I didn’t think to leave one until recently. Thanks for your time.

GBThe Real Leather Company shows what… The Real Leather Company shows what real customer service is all about. I had a small issue with a new duffel bag sending them pictures. They responded within 24 hours and took care of the issue immediately. I recommend them highly not only for their customer service, but for the quality of their products!
