The jacket was fine but didn’t fit… The jacket was fine but didn’t fit properly. We purchased it as a Christmas gift. Didn’t know there was only a 7day return policy. Contacted them and was essentially told “too bad for you”. Now we have a useless leather jacket that we paid over $160 for. BEWARE OF 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. This should be highlighted when purchasing.

The fantastic Customer Service The fantastic Customer Service! I was disappointed with the fit and quality of the jacket. i won't go into details, but I requested a refund thinking I also had to return said jacket, which would have incurred a cost on my part. Sometimes, I hate online shopping. This company not only refunded my full price, but insisted I keep the jacket to donate. The size was incorrect and I did not want to replace it. This cost them!
