Well the jacket that was sent was not… Well the jacket that was sent was not the jacket I ordered. It was poor quality. I ordered a Raiders jacket. The image was not what I ordered it was really bad image. Funny looking image. I requested a refund but I was to late to get a full refund. I'm not saving the jacket because it was poor quality. Just gonna get rid of it so no raiders fan can be seen with it.

I ordered a jacket for my father I ordered a jacket for my father. The jacket that was ordered a men's size large. What was sent was made as a women jacket. (Zipper on the wrong side and made smaller). I did try calling the numbers and couldn't get in contact with them. I then tried emailing them and within a day they responded. They asked for pictures of the jacket. I did that. They then called me and offered me different options to make me a happy customer. I will say that at least they made the attempt to make things right. The jacket itself is very nice. I do hope this company makes the sizes and fixes the zipper to be a US standard because the product is very nice. I give them 5 stars for the jacket and 5 stars for calling me back. I do also hope they fix the customer service number. I think that would help with communication with the customer.

The jacket was fine but didn’t fit… The jacket was fine but didn’t fit properly. We purchased it as a Christmas gift. Didn’t know there was only a 7day return policy. Contacted them and was essentially told “too bad for you”. Now we have a useless leather jacket that we paid over $160 for. BEWARE OF 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. This should be highlighted when purchasing.

I ordered a tuxedo and I was very pleased… I ordered a tuxedo and I was very pleased with the price and quality of the suit. I had to exchange the pants for a larger size and I was very pleased with the response time and customer service I received. The suits seem to run as slim fitting, but give a nice tailored look at an affordable price point. Give em a try!

Customer service is amazing! Their customer service is simply amazing! The jacket I bought was too small in the waist. I requested a return. They asked for me to provide a picture of where it did not fit. I did and within hours was refunded and told that I could keep the jacket and gift to someone! Who does this? $120.00 jacket?
