Dedicated Bosca Customer I have not used any product other than Bosca for years. The only change I make is the color. I buy a front pocket wallet that has a money clip, slots for credit cards, another space for important cards and a separate outer cover for my driver’s license that has a transparent cover to make it is easy to show as necessary. It meets all my requirements and is a quality product.

I ordered and paid for a calendar for… I ordered and paid for a calendar for my planner, received the wrong one, I called and they assured me they would send me the correct one. Never got it. Extremely disappointing. Never deal with your company again. Terrible customer service. Not worth the cost or the time, too bad.

I ordered 2 belts I ordered 2 belts. One the buckle was not completely sewed closed therefore belt was unusable. 2nd belt I ordered a size 40 ( all (7) of my old Bosca belts are 36-38) the belt like 2 inches meeting end to end. This is 2nd time this has happened on the belt being sized wrong. The last order I gave as a present instead of returning.

Warranty claim is a lie Warranty claim is a lie. Their wallets are of poor workmanship. They are nice to look at it, but not for everyday use. Their customer service in Ohio is pathetic. Google them and see for yourself the run down building they conduct their business from? If they take such a serious approach in their quality of products as they stated in their response. Why was I given such a hard time about a replacement. I sent pics of the damaged as per request and called multiple times looking for answer and all I received was the run about. Sorry but I do not trust a single word in your reply. Wallet was replaced 3 times, not 4 . This should tell you that their quality of their products is sub par. Bottom line is if you claim a lifetime warranty for defects, you should honor it. Otherwise its false advertising.

I had read many good reviews about the… I had read many good reviews about the quality and durability of their wallets before purchasing, however two days into using it, the leather was scratched and damaged very easily. It was a gift for Valentines Day, now two months later i think I’ll have to look for a new wallet.
