Would Highly Recommend This was my second experience with Wicker Warehouse and I had such a good experience the first time that's why I did my second and it was equally as good if not better. Very attentive to my needs. Ordering was easy; quality was superb and white glove service was excellent.

Great service Original order went great. I had a problem with one item damaged in shipping. Their team went into action and replaced my order very quickly and I thought the response was some of the best customer support I've ever had!

I have been very happy with Wicker… I have been very happy with Wicker Warehouse products and service over the years. The last 6 piece wicker sectional I bought has Sunbrella fabric. I feel compelled to warn buyers about a problem I experienced. When I removed the covers of the back cushions to clean them I found the inside filling (cores) had disintegrated to the point of falling apart. I was told they are only under warranty for one year and would cost $950 to replace. I am still shocked that back cushions would fall apart like that after 3 years. I am certainly not going to order replacements from them.

This company's customer service is…excellent. This company's customer service is excellent. The communication with your customers is excellent. Your products are also very well made. Products arrive in a timely manner. The only suggestion I would make is that you give the color name on the cushions etc., and not just a number. The cushion color I chose looked like a brick red {brownish red bordering on a burgundy}. When the cushion arrived it was called scarlet red and I checked and the number was correct, so the color was correct. It was just more of a red than I expected. It was still acceptable. It might help if the colors had names too. This does not deter me from ordering from you again. You're a great company.

I took this long to write this review purposely. I took this long to write this review because i wanted to see how my rockers held up under the Florida sun and my rockers are in the sun. I have two Belair white wicker rockers with sunbrella cushions. My purchase was in October of 2022 it is now March of 2024 and my chairs and cushions look as good today as the day i recieved them, and that is in 100 percent true. You said I would be happy with them and you were right.
