She was most helpful and made sure I had all the details and knew exactly when and how it would arrive at my door. GBI have been very happy with Wicker… I have been very happy with Wicker Warehouse products and service over the years. The last 6 piece wicker sectional I bought has Sunbrella fabric. I feel compelled to warn buyers about a problem I experienced. When I removed the covers of the back cushions to clean them I found the inside filling (cores) had disintegrated to the point of falling apart. I was told they are only under warranty for one year and would cost $950 to replace. I am still shocked that back cushions would fall apart like that after 3 years. I am certainly not going to order replacements from them.
