How refreshing to speak with a real person after the first ring. We received regular updates on the order which arrived very well packed and in excellent condition. GBI had a really wonderful experience… I had a really wonderful experience with ordering. All the furniture and pillows arrived in great condition and we have been enjoying both sets. I did write an email asking if the cushion fabric had been scotch-guarded and never heard back. If it has not been scotch-guarded, I asked if I should do that. I would appreciate an answer. Also, the chairs are really deep, so I need to order 6 more pillows, and would like some help choosing a color, because we have two different fabrics, one for the conversation area, and one for the chairs around the table. GBExcellent headboards with a couple minor issues Excellent headboards. Well made and sturdy. They arrived in robust packaging. I would have rated 5 stars except for two minor issues. The Whitewash Twin Pavilions I ordered were actually more of a beige color, but still attractive. Also, the mounting holes in the headboard legs were drilled at an angle instead of straight through and had to be re-drilled. Aside from these minor points, excellent value for the money.
