Used The Base For A Computer Chair My computer chair previously broke as one of the welded wheel supports came apart. The chair was useless with only 4 out of 5 wheels, and since I am not a welder, it was less expensive to order this stool. I used the bottom base on my chair, and though it's diameter is roughly 17" (previous was 20"), it fit like a glove and works perfectly. Now I can take my old base and look for a welder friend to repair.

Great and easy to assemble chairs with style The package came well packed with no damage and all pieces. Pretty easy to assemble (I had to carefully use a drill for the cross pieces because it was too hard with a screwdriver, even though they tell you in the directions not to use a drill). It was an easy enough fix, and didn't make the process any more complicated or difficult. The chairs are light-weight and super easy to put together. I put the seat on the kitchen island face down, hanging off the edge slightly, and attached the back that way. It was super easy. The chairs are sturdy and sound. I love that both an allen wrench and a screwdriver were included.

Missing parts and poor customer service Package was delivered with the box damaged and partially opened. It’s were missing and parts needed to make the chair functional. Reached out to customer service and still have no idea if they are shipping the part needed or a replacement package. Very upset.
