I was so excited when my package arrived. It was securely wrapped!!! I enjoyed opening my gift to me!!! The rug is gorgeous and clean. I love it very much !!! We are very happy with our new oushak … We are very happy with our new oushak carpet. It lies in a large room on a unique handcrafted floor. We were concerned about carpet colors and unusual floor features complementing each other. Most quality oriental carpets look great, but are often the dominant feature in a room. The floor becomes merely the canvas or as a frame to a picture. After a month long search we saw our carpet online and knew it looked just right, provided the colors on the web page came close to reality. Your website recognized this concern, so we jumped on the sale price (yes, there is always a sale) and we are happy we got this unique item.

SCAM - Ordered 2 rugs, credit card charged, no merchandise ever received! After reading all the reviews and being impressed with the quality of the website and videos, I purchased two large persian rugs from Fine Rug Collection in May 2022. They immediately charged my credit card, and sent a UPS Tracking Number. However, UPS notes that the "tracking number has been created, but the seller has not contacted us yet". I have called and emailed numerous times to ask about the status and there has been no response. So I have initiated an investigation by my credit card company and the charges have been reversed. Seems like a total scam to me.
